What should I expect from the visit?
Northwest Pediatric Dermatology is a patient centered micro-practice. It differs from other offices in that there is no 'front desk'; the visit is only with the doctor. For this reason, visits are by appointment only. All paperwork is completed securely online before the visit. The doctor will greet you in the main waiting area at your appointment time.
At the visit there will be enough time to address your concerns, perform most procedures as needed and learn about your child's condition. After the visit, families can reach Dr. Lombillo about the same issue using a HIPAA-secure text app.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Families book online at our secure and user-friendly site (see link below). The information you enter creates the patient medical record - so please use the child's name from the beginning. Booking is quick, easy and can even be done on a smart phone. You'll then be sent a secure online intake form to complete.
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. The credit card will be charged for the visit fee and any procedures for self-paying families. Deductible, co-payment and co-insurance will be charged for families on Regence or Tricare. Families are informed in advance about charges.
Need a sooner appointment? Add your child to the wait list. First complete an available booking, then click the 'add wait list request' button and put in days and times that work for the family.
For non-urgent questions or help scheduling, please call the office and leave a message. All calls are returned within 1-2 business days.
I'm 17, does my parent have to come to the appointment?
Yes, your privacy is respected during the visit, but a parent or legal guardian must be present for visits. Unfortunately, if a minor arrives to the visit without a parent or legal guardian, we will need to re-schedule.
I represent a pharmaceutical company - may I drop by the office to talk with the doctor?
We respectfully request no visits from company representatives to Northwest Pediatric Dermatology. If the doctor has questions about any product or medication, she will review the medical literature and/or reach out to the company directly for information.
